We have alway enjoy being at Pet Plaza because the young ladies treating our pet like we treat him. But today, wasn’t their best. We have been with them for 15 years.
Thank you to Dr. Leonards and Savannah for helping us say goodbye to our oldest dog, Uri. He was able to live a long and healthy life thanks to the care and treatment he received first with Dr. Hackett then with Dr. Leonards. We will forever be grateful for their caring hearts.
This is the 3rd veterinary clinic I have visited in Baton Rouge and it is by far my favorite! The prices were very reasonable and they were straightforward about their pricing and didn’t suggest anything unnecessary. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Leonards was very honest and thorough. He patiently listened to my concerns and answered any questions. They were all so gentle and kind to my babies. You can tell they genuinely care about animals. I highly recommend AHC.
I have been bringing my pug to AHC since we moved to BR 5 years ago. I love the clinic! Both doctors are fantastic and do a lot of health teachings and all the girls that work there are very sweet and friendly! Always easy to get an appointment, clinic is clean and tidy. No long waits. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going to AHC since I can remember. I was a little girl sitting in those old cow chairs. Amazingly friendly and prompt staff, they are the only people I trust to take care of my babies

The ladies at the front desk are always kind and patient. Dr. Hackett and Dr. Leonards and their assistants are wonderful. It’s obvious they care about our pups, always willing to answer questions, and never appear to be in a hurry. Hardly ever have to wait long. Superior clinic.
I just brought my 9 week old Corgi, Doug! The staff was amazing and Dr. Hackett made sure I knew everything going on! Can’t wait to see how much Doug will weigh in a month!
