The care Anna and Dr. Barrilleaux gave Peaches was THE BEST! – AWESOME JOB!!! A HUGE THANK YOU to Anna and Dr. Barrilleaux who called everyone trying to find a home for Peaches, a rescued Pit Bull who desperately needs a 'happily ever-after home'! Business response:
The treatment of Heartworms is a multi-phase process that runs $575-$850, depending on the dog's size. Costs include bloodwork & xrays performed to ensure proper treatment is prescribed. Fluctuations in cost are due to the amount of pharmaceuticals necessary based on the dog's size. The payment for this treatment is spread out over a period of time from the point of diagnosis to the time of re-testing (4 months of treatment and retesting 6 months later).
