The Animal Emergency Room (A.E.R) is an emergency and urgent care facility that was established in 2000 by Dr. Danette Schweers. The A.E.R works with the local Veterinarians to provide superior emergency care. The Animal Emergency Room provides excellent emergency and urgent care by serving as patient advocates, counseling and educating each client, while finding personal fulfillment by exceeding our clients expectations. We are open overnight from 5:00 pm to 8:00 am during the week and 24 hours weekends and holidays.

1st time cat owner here. My cat got very sick. Staff was very friendly and patient. They also called to check up on us.
This place is great, excellent service! My dog go but by a snake and they were really good with him and explained everything to me. And their prices are really reasonable. I absolutely recommend this emergency vet!
My brother took his dog � after being hit by a car � and everyone there was very friendly and kept him posted as she was recovering. He's been visiting often and they have been. Very welcoming every time he's gone.
They kept us waiting for close to 4 hours because they had emergencies, even if they were there after us, at the end they didn't even clean my dog's wound, just prescribed some medicine and send me back to my Vet, not before charging obviously for the first class service. I'D NEVER EVER BEEN TREATED SO BAD, I'm glad we're out of that place for good ( it's not the first time there yet YES the first time being treated that way) I have to assume this is a new "vet" never go see her, for your own good and your pet as well, her n... read more
By far the best! I can't even find the words to express how grateful I am for this place and their AMAZING staff. Our dog wasn't doing well at all and the staff was very caring and helpful. These are people who really love animals and have your pets best at heart. I swear I must've called a million times to check on our dog and they never had an attitude and were always very pleasant and very helpful.
We brought our baby girl Aiko in for scary symptoms of parvo. Thank God it wasn't & they were so informative & attentive. Reasonably priced & very knowledgeable. Gave us comfort in knowing she was gonna be okay. Thank you for the quick care we received so late at night. �♡ send us home with strong antibiotics & meds for hookworms & more helpful info. Thanks again.
My pet and I loved the service. He gave it a high five (really, my dog gives high fives). Great service. We were seen within 15 minutes. They ran tests. We were out w meds. All while other pets were serviced-Puppies,kittens, dog poisoning... We were helped in an hour. My dog was treated w respect - tail wagging
