No one wants to have an emergency with a pet but knowing we can go here and get great care is so comforting. We have had to use the clinic multiple times and every time staff here are so kind and caring. Tonight was a sad night losing one our sweet babies but everyone at the clinic was so sweet and supportive. It really makes a difference. I can't thank them enough.
We have amazing doctors, they are kind and caring and have the utmost concern for the health and wellbeing of your pet. We are all animal lovers and care deeply for all of our patients.
They really gave loving care to all the pets on Labor Day. My daughter’s pup, Beau, is back to his frisky self again.
We brought our doxie in on a Saturday morning. They were so sweet to our dog and we had excellent, professional care. Our options were presented to us by the Dr and we were able to talk through the options before moving forward. We were very pleased, and our dog was well cared for.
Brought my dog in with her insides hanging out, she had torn hee stiches out. I'm was told it would be at least 2 hours before they could exam her. I understand there are other emergencies but a two hour wait with the situation she was in was terrible. Thank goodness I was able to get in touch with my get and get her to him.
They were so wonderful when our baby needed emergency surgery after hours. They are expensive but worth it to save your fur baby.
Dr. Welch is awesome! Staff is excellent! If you ever have a dog/cat emergency...This is the place to bring your fur baby.
On Sunday, June 3, 2018 we rushed our Lab (Meaux) to Shreveport's Animal Emergency Clinic to be given a very unexpected diagnosis. We felt Dr. Monceaux & the entire staff treated Meaux as if he was their regular patient & they were actually seeing him & us for the very first time. Meaux crossed the Rainbow Bridge that evening . They allowed us to stay with him & love on him as he passed humanely. We are forever grateful & confident the best was done for Meaux.
