RecommendedDr.Monceaux was so gentle and caring as we had to bring our little Izzy in last night. She suffered a possible stroke and we lost her. The staff was so kind, caring and empathetic. Thank you for allowing us to be with our precious baby girl as she crossed the Rainbow bridge. I’m thankful she’s no longer in pain. I highly recommend this clinic if you need after hours get care!
The staff and doctor were all sweet and helpful. My girl is 14 years old and they got her in and taken care of within an hour. They are knowledgeable, gave us a write up on her general health, and are very affordable for an emergency vet. While I hope I never have another emergency where I need to bring my pets in, if I do I will be making the trip to see them!
Based off the customer service I received from the front office staff I would NOT recommend this clinic. The Dr and Tech were amazing but unfortunately you have to get through their extremely disrespectful staff before hand. Someone who is scared out of their mind for their animal as "office staff" it is not their job to lecture me on proper care for my animal, nor is it their job to become rude when I start asking questions. We understand you are angry and frustrated. We always offer estimates for our services as well as multiple options for payment and resources such as CareCredit or Scratchpay for help with funding. The costs of running any veterinary facility is high and there is no external funding so we cannot operate as a charity. Our staff gives up every night, weekend and holiday so that they can be there to help animals and love what they do. While the saddest day in a very long time, the staff here showed me much compassion and care. I brought my baby here to end her pain and suffering. The staff was amazing. They were very communicative, and again, very compassionate. Thank you for helping me through a VERY difficult time 😢😢😢
I definitely recommend them. Took both my babies last night due to reaction from 4 mos vaccines given earlier that evening. They were understanding, compassionate and listened. They answered my questions and addressed my concerns. I also applaud how they worked all this during Covid. Keeping all furbabies and everyone safely distanced and still showing professionalism and sincere compassion!!! From both Receptionist up front to the Veterinarian Dr. Jones we thank you so kindly.
The girl at the front, Julie is so rude and obviously miserable with her jobl!! I was completely dumbfounded at the way she treated us. The doctor seemed to be very helpful and caring but unfortunately you have to get through the angry and disrespectful girl at the front. Why they would hire this young lady to work at the front desk of a clinic when people are coming in and needing compassion and empathy, is beyond me! Do your research, because the terrible reviews are out there! I wish I had.
