Had to unexpectedly take in my cat to the Kirkwood location on Mother’s Day due to concerns with a urinary blockage. The staff was very attentive, the vet listened to my concerns and they took great care of my cat. They did an excellent job with updating my current vet who called the next day to check in.
staff is rude and vets likes to act like owners are idiots. Pretty sure when a owner tells you NOT to give a drug off a list shouldn't do it.
I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hrs before walking out because we were never seen by the dr or even put in a room
I am so thankful for AEC-O'Fallon. I have needed them twice and both times they have taken great care with each of my dogs. Everyone there is patient, kind and wonderful. Thank you very much!!
The staff and doctor was wonderful.. They saved my cat Pumpkin and I can't thank them enough..I would recommend them for any after hours emergency👍👍
Would have preferred to stay at O’Fallon hospital but was unaware that it was no longer 24 hours had to transfer to kirkwood hospital where my dog was diagnosed with a nasty tumor. I hated leaving him but he received great care. Special thanks to Stacy and Dr. Mills and the entire staff who treated my sweet dog Goose like family. He’s home now and we have a long road to go but they are definitely a group of caring individuals. Thanks again
