They are wonderful people and take great care of both the pets and the clients. I highly recommend them for any and all pet emergencies in the St Louis area. You have choices in ER care- choose them!

Had a great experience today here! The nurses were passionate and caring to me and my pet. Thank you for allowing me to check on ranger multiple times, the discharge instructions and nursing my boy back to health! Will for sure recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again to everyone for your hard work and dedication in caring for our sick pets. You are appreciated!!

My little guy (Delgado) had a urinary block and was near death when I brought him in. All the staff was amazing and worked hard to bring him back over 3 days/nights. Very thankful for y’all nursing him back to health and taking care of him.

I have never been here before but highly recommend it! The doctors and staff were so compassionate , and really took the time to explain all that was happening despite how busy they were. I will definitely return if I have another fur baby emergency

So my 2year old Ozzie the Aussie ate a small piece of corn cob at my parents place this pass weekend. On Monday we took him the the emergency vet because he was acting very lethargic. He had to stay overnight because he still had some inside him. The Good news is that he did not have to have surgery. Tuesday after we picked up Ozzie But had to go back that evening this time due to his leg! They told me right before leaving earlier that day that he was limping and it was due to the bandage being on too tight so his leg was sw... read more

A lot of good reviews from you guys but I've been here 3 times and all 3 times have been below average. The breaking point was when I took my puppy here with some fluid in her lungs. They gave use 2 options, put her down, or spend $3000 to keep her for two nights. I talked them into giving her meds and have us medicate her at home. They said that this option would end up with her dying but allowed it anyway. After two days she was back to normal and having fun and breathing fine. I was Beyond outraged. I thought these people... read more

This clinic was very helpful in the end result care for my dog, however i wouldn’t go here again. I had to make two trips in the same day as my pups symptoms had gotten worse in the course of a few hours. Maybe I’d come in on a bad day I’m not sure but heres went down. The first trip at 7am She was brought in in 30 minutes and i got a call that someone checked her vitals and the vet was ready to chat about what’s been going after another 45 minutes So, we chose a treatment plan and i brought her home about two hours later. S... read more

Our chihuahua ate two naproxen pills Thursday at 10 pm and that is very very toxic and potentially deadly for a 10-ish pound furbaby. So we called OFallon Animal Emergency Clinic who has helped us in the past whe she does something like this. They spoke with me about 5 times over the first hour telling me what to do initially, with each person telling me something different. We finally get her to vomit but the pills had already been absorbed. Upon arrival at the clinic we find it’s curbside only. The following 3.5 hours were... read more
