We had to take our dog Max to the O'Fallon office on Nee Years Eve...they were so professional and Dr. Cassie H. who treated Max was great....she and the staff made a scary situation much better...thank you!

Very prompt and concerned with treatment of Barney. While you never want to take your pet to an Emergency Center, it is great to know one is here that is dedicated to the animal. Their compassion was wonderful.

I’ve been to the Kirkwood location twice in the past two months. Both times, the staff has been extremely helpful and supportive. While our emergencies weren’t matters of life and death, they were handled with compassion and care. We had the unfortunate circumstance of seeing true emergencies come in while we there and they were handled with professionalism and love. They reacted well in the face of tough times for the owners. (Kirkwood) We want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We had such a heartbreaking night with our 13 y/o family dog. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience at another location (will leave nameless) prior to arriving at your Kirkwood location at 4am. We were on hour 5-6 hour of the crisis. The staff was gentle, kind and sympathetic. And the doctor... gave us answers! We were able to be with our dog during his passing and feel confident in that decision being educated on what was actually happening to him. ... read more
