We don't live in the area, and one of our little dogs was involved in a bit of a brush up with another dog that left him with his eye bulging from the socket. They got him in pretty quickly in spite of being extremely busy, and we found out that the doctor was able to put the eye back right away. It took a bit before he was all taken care of, but he was much less critical than other dogs, and I appreciate that they attended to them. The experience was exceptional, and I appreciate the cautions taken for COVID19 concerns, as ... read more
We're from Cape Girardeau and our dog got in a tussle with another dog while we were in O'Fallon. We were able to bring him here and get him treated. They were incredibly busy the entire time we were here, but they took great care of him. They were so friendly and professional. While we would have loved to have been inside with him, we also appreciate the extra precautions they have in place due to covid-19 concerns. I don't want others to have pet emergencies, but if you should have one, this place is wonderful.
We had to put down our 12 year old Puggle yesterday as cancer had taken it’s toll. We had never been here and will never go back. The vet tech who came outside to get us was absolutely so rude and had horrible bedside manner. I asked to talk to the vet because in my heart, I needed reassurance that I was doing all that could be done. She huffed and could not understand my broken heart and rushed us. My dog had lost control of her bowels in the car and they didn’t even clean her up at all before bringing us in to say goodbye.... read more
Thank you to the wonderful staff for the care of our puppy! Their process was very organized and upfront. I called upon arrival to sign in and everyone was extremely accommodating and friendly. Shortly after Teddy was taken in, I heard from Dr. Watson, who was kind and knowledgeable. She and her staff knew exactly how to take care of us, we were very impressed! Highly recommend this place for your emergency pet needs!
They were wonderful during this pandemic. True, we had a bit of a wait, but we understand triage. Thank you so much for looking after my Casi! She is doing wonderfully!! And it is all thanks to the wonderful staff an veterinarian (who was solo and slammed!!) at AEC! You took my calls and answered my questions even though you were busy. It was appreciated. You guys are amazing. thank you so much!
Huge thanks to Dr. Birke and the staff at O’Fallon AEC for taking such good care of my puppers. She needed her ACL repaired and got her in ASAP for surgery. Everyone was so kind and professional. Can’t recommend them enough!
