I absolutely loved the vet that saw my bunny yesterday. I was running very late due to traffic and he was kind enough to still care for my bunny. My bunny had a very infected eyeball so care was needed urgently.
It has been probably 14 or 15 years since we first started going here, and several years since we were last there as I moved to Ames, but I am always reminded of how great Dr. Sanders was with my kitty, Princess. He saw her from the time she was a baby up until we moved. She has never been a fan of the vet, but always really liked Dr. Sanders, and he was always so nice to her.
So glad to find a vet for my turtle! Dr Benham was great! I worried about finding a vet that knew turtles, but he did and answered all my questions and even informed me that she wasn’t the breed I thought she was!! Highly recommend!!!
We have taken our cats here for over 15 years. Staff is always friendly and genuinely love animals. Dr. Sanders has been there for us through cancer with a previous cat and referring us to Iowa State for a surgery for another cat that saved her life 8 years ago and she is still with us. My wife worked for a veterinary clinic when she was young and agrees the doctors here love animals.
Easy to get appointment, friendly staff and my vet was helpful as this was my first time with new cat. She was thorough and I intend on using her and Animal Doctors going forward.
