Dr MacDougal is an excellent vet. His bedside manner with both the patient and the owner is calming and reassuring. The ladies up front are pleasant and efficient. So excited that soon they will offer 24 hr emergency care!
Love Dr. MacDougall and will always trust my pets in his care. He’s been there when I’ve had to let go of one of my babies, and when I did He was compassionate and so respectful. He’s been there for me when I rescued a new baby and even called me right when she got out of surgery today to let me know she was fine. You can tell he is where God meant for him to be in life. Love the new facility too! Everyone is great. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for the clinic.
Last night was my first night at this vet office. My sweet girl Marm was in heart failure and needed to be put to sleep. Thank you for your compassion and working us in so my sweet girl wouldn’t have to suffer. I truly appreciate your kindness in one of my toughest moments.

The entire staff at ACWC treat my pup Muppet as if he is their own. There's no better compliment than that, I think. I trust their care 100% and am very grateful to have them in Williamsburg.
I unfortunately lost my sweet cat to a liver tumor. The vet (I cannot remember her name) was wonderful. She was honest and gave me a realistic expectation for my cat's prognosis. She didn't make false promises but rather offered comfort in a situation that was very difficult. I never felt pressured to get add on unnecessary costs to prolong my cat's life. She made sure my cat was comfortable and even called to check on me and my family after our loss. This clinic was of great help in the grieving process. They did their best... read more

Could not be more satisfied in their boarding services. My fiancé and I have very very high standards for our dogs boarding environment. This place definitely cares about animals. Exceeded our expectations!
