I Highly Recommend ACWC For ER Visits, Regular Vet Checks, And The End Of Life Cycle....I Have Used Them Since For 9 Years. But Also In The Last Month, I Have Had Vet Appointments, 2 ER Visits, & 2 Animals End Of Life....Everyone From Answering A Phone Call, The Front Desk, To The Vet Techs, And Doctors Have Been Great To Deal With Under The High & Low Times! I love this clinic. Everyone from the front to the back are professional and kind. My dogs have gotten wonderful care there.
Unfortunately we had to take our sweet girl Ripley to the clinic very early this morning. The staff on duty, Dr. MacDougall and Kayleigh, were amazing, both so compassionate and caring. It was a horrible time in our lives, but these two people were there for us. I just can't say enough positive things about them. We are so lucky to have quality emergency vet services in Williamsburg now. The staff cared not just for our dog, but for us as well. Our heartfelt thanks to you both.

Great vets who really care!
I've taken my dog Bert for both the ER services and for boarding. The ER visit was very affordable and Dr. Krause seemed genuinely concerned about Bert's well being. She spent a lot of time with me explaining the diagnosis and treatment. Also Bert has storm phobia,so I took him here for boarding since he would have a DVM available 24/7. Sure enough, during a storm he had problems and Dr. MacDougall called me to tell me how they were dealing with the situation. I was so relieved. When my regular vet couldn’t get my sick puppy in I came here & am so glad I found this place. Front desk customer service was amazing, they grab your pet while you fill out the paper work & then grab you. I walked in at 9:00 & treatment was being started by 9:30. Such amazing customer service from all ends & outstanding care for your pet. 10/10 recommended
