Dr. MacDougal and Dr. Krause and the entire staff are wonderful! They saved our fur baby’s life. Trigger was diagnosed with an acute kidney injury stemming from an issue we didn’t even know he had. They all treated him like he was their own beloved family member. We will be going there from now on. Thank you all!
RecommendedWe brought our brand new adoptive fur baby here for an emergency vet visit. We had such an awesome experience even under not so great circumstances. Had to bring my boy in on Christmas night because he got into something he shouldn’t have and got really sick. From the office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians there is not a more dedicated, kind, caring and knowledgeable group of people. My baby had to stay overnight, but i was kept updated on his condition and consulted on every step so I knew what was going on. I was able to bring him home today! Thank you for taking such good care of my baby, Trav! ❤️
We could not be more thankful for this group! In the scariest of times with our 9 month old being diagnosed with likely meningitis, Dr. MacDougall and the entire staff remained compassionate, optimistic and professional. Truly blown away. On a busy night at the end of a likely long shift, we still felt like the only patient there. So incredibly lucky to have their emergency services now in Williamsburg!
We followed Dr Macdougall from when he was at Anderson’s corner animal hospital. He is so friendly and always loving on my dog Milo. He has a genuine passion for what he does and we will always recommend him to anyone! Glad to see an ER coming to Williamsburg as well!
Dr.MacDougall was there for us in our time of need. The time in a pet owners life that we all have to face when loving our animals. The time comes when you can no longer make decisions because you aren’t sure, is it too soon or not soon enough ? Dr. MacDougall had been a part of our sweet girls journey while at another animal hospital, We trusted his knowledge, kindness and compassion and we thank him for the time he spent with us on a very sad day.
