This is my 3rd time going to this Animal Hospital and I really like it! They always follow up on the results or upcoming appointments. They take care of my puppy so well! The staff are very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to take your pet! :-)
My first visit was a very pleasant one. Every staff member was so courteous and I was not left to wait long. Dr. Paul is super nice and told me exactly what was wrong with Gracie in terms that I understood. I am glad that I found RR Animal Hospital. I would highly recommend it.
I really like this Randall Animal Hospital the service was awesome and the staff are very friendly. We are coming back here again for second vaccination. I really recommend this place to everyone because the service was excellent and your puppy is in good hand.
Our cat has Hyperthyroid & Renal Failure. Our previous vet at Banfield could NEVER get us in even for an emergency. Randall Road Animal Hospital is the best! Caring, sweet, understanding and they value their customers and patients!! I will for sure stay with them and recommend them every time! Roxy in the front is truly amazing!! We love her!!

We were new patients to this facility and came right home and began recommending them to friends! Our dog had an injury and Dr. Paul took a great deal of time evaluating and explaining his diagnosis. He went as far as to what to expect, in depeth, if the first line of treatment did not work. After years at current vet, despite proximity, we are switching. Excellent service and experience for our entire family!
Nobody likes to see a doctor but going to Randall Road Animal Hospital is always a good experience. They are friendly, knowledgable, caring, helpful and they are adoring my 3 fur babies. Making appointments is always easy. Couple of days ago I actually scheduled an appointment for my two pups @11:00 but I had to drop off a fecal sample for Muks as early as I could. So we were there at 8am and when I asked for the possibility to get in with my other two pups before 11am, since they were in my car, they were happily took them ... read more
We have taken all 4 of our dogs here and have had only positive experiences. The entire staff is friendly and caring. It is obvious that they all love what the do!
I won't take my pups anywhere else! I actually drive over a half hour to Randall Road Animal Hospital because of their superb care and concern for my dogs. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. After my visits, I will get a call checking up on my dogs. I highly recommend Randall Road Animal Hospital!
The most amazing staff I have ever met. How they cared for Maisy our cat, is beyond words.
