Everyone at Randall Road Animal Hospital is so great! They take the time to listen to you and answer all your questions patiently, diagnosis and treatment is top notch and cost is very reasonable. They accomodate you when you need a last min appointment. Dr Paul is the best Vet you can ever meet. He always advises what the best option is for you and your pet. If you live around the area, you should go with them!

We brought our dog ralphy in a few weeks ago to have his teeth cleaned ,and 2 extractions. Everyone at Randall road animal hospital in South Elgin was just wonderful.I want to thank all of you for taking such great care of our baby. A big thank you to dr. Paul who did the procedure. We will definitely be back! I have been searching for a new vet to go to for quite some time. We had Our other vet for 20 years until he retired. I am happy to say..... we have found our new vet! I was referred to Randall Animal Hospital from my sister, who talked very highly about Randall Road Animal Hospital. She is very picky on where she takes her animals. All staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Paul showed a lot of concern for my dog, Brody. He took the time to answer all my questions and further educated me where needed beyond expectations. We were referred to this facility by a neighbor, we have been going here for the past four months. Since then,we have referred a couple people to come here as well.Dr.Paul is great to work with. He takes the time to talk to you/educate you on your pet. Prices are fair, and the staff is very friendly. I would absolutely recommend this animal hospital.
I bring both of my dachshunds to Randall Rd. Animal hospital. Lily, my rescue, is allergic to grass and has been on steroids since we got her. Dr. Paul recommended a brand new drug that has been effective in the United Kingdom for treating allergies and dogs and it was something that was just approved in the United States. It has worked leaps and bounds. She has re grown hair, stopped scratching/chewing, list 12 pounds, and she looks like a brand new dog.
