Extremely rude front desk staff owner must be more selective when hiring employees

My dog, Elsa, has been going here for about 5 years. They've repaired her dewclaw, cleaned her teeth, healed wounds and just today did surgery on a deep cut. the staff is friendly and the prices are more affordable than other places.
We were very fortunate as new residents of Elgin to find the Randall road vet hospital. A great and friendly staff and veterinarians who have taken great care of our beloved pet Pippin. Thanks to all for your efforts in healing Pippin. 😻
We have taken our cat there this year to "get fixed" and have his shot done. the staff was friendly and knowledgeable with what they are doing. Also care about the pets that walk in there. We tried to get in there this week, so they can look at our sick cat but, they were booked. We understood. What really made us happy was that they called us later on in the day to ask how is our cat and if we found somewhere to take him.
Terrible staff. They do not return phone calls that have complaints. I talked to Laura and she promised a return call from a manager. All I got was silence.

I've been going here for some time for preventative care for my animals. Dr. Paul and staff are wonderful. Recently my cat got very sick and ended up needing to stay multiple nights. Dr. Singh was amazing and so thorough with what was going on and best course of treatment. Highly recommend this office - great service and the prices are so reasonable.
I just switched to this clinic because my clinic wanted to charge 450 dollars for a spay for a small dog. after just under 200 dollars and a beautiful job with my puppy I can honestly say I found myself a new vet. its further of a drive.... almost 30 min one way but it was well worth it. lulu seems to love it too!! thanks for taking care of my cindy lou!
