Everyone there so clearly loves animals. It comes out in all of their interactions with patients and their people. I think the care my dogs and cats have received over the years is top notch.
I have taken my pets here for a few years now and absolutely LOVE them! Just this past year I recommended them to my mom who had an older dog and when it was time for her to let go the Dr. and all the staff were so supportive and understanding. Later that week my mom actually received a flower from Ganians with a note from the animal clinic. I will never go to another vet!
I love this place! I wouldn't think of taking my dogs anywhere else.
Hands down the best veterinary clinic in Billings. They have been so caring to my animals. Dr. Miller and her staff come in early, stay late and make sure your animal gets the respect they deserve as our furry family. They hug you when the time comes for your animal to cross the rainbow bridge. Kindness is what you will remember from the Animal Clinic of Billings.
Our working Border Collie will be back herding cows thanks to the Animal Clinic of Billings, Dr. Ken Brown and Kay Lynn, the physical therapist. Thanks for helping him recover from a bad broken leg!
I want to thank you all for the sincere thoughts n help when I was in need with my ferret on Tuesday. Dr falcele was the best. Even though my ferret didn't make it much longer after my visit with her, she helped me anyway she could. On Thursday I received a yellow rose by a flower company n this made my day, thanks again will be using you again in the future.
Great service in both good and bad times. The staff was very professional yet personal in all experiences. Up front about costs and gave options. Have had 3 cats there and wouldn't change a thing.
