I brought my best friend of 12 years old here a few weeks ago for cremation. Sobbing like a child bleary eyed from that mornings loss. In the mail today I received a beautiful card of condolence signed by all the employees. I wasn't a regular at this location by any means but the fact they remember our family in our time of grief was astonishing. If more business treated people this kind of respect and kindness the world would be so much more wonderful. Thank you all
I have worked at ACTLC for over 2 years and I love it here. The quality of medicine and dedication to each individual animal is second to none. Everyone here has a true desire to help animals and practice top notch veterinary medicine. Our hearts are huge and we love all our extended fur family animals!
I had to evacuate my elderly parents and two female cats inland due to Hurricane Matthew. Unfortunately, my cat became ill with a chronic problem that I have not been able to resolve. Dr. Flood's clinic was next door to our hotel and they were OPEN the Saturday morning after the storm...thank god. Dr. Flood and team saw our kitty right away. They took SUCH good care of my pug whose allergic to everything, very patient and understanding. Dr. Batten did a wonderful job when he needed exploratory surgery and saved his life
