This was Keenum’s first visit to ACTLC and we are both VERY pleased! They were so gentle with him, answered all my questions and concerns, and took great care of him!! Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and courteous and really made us feel welcome. Keenum was so calm during the whole visit!! ❤️

I would never take my animal here! We used to go here, for the past 6 years. Suddenly the staff suck, no one knows what’s going on. They don’t return calls. They misdiagnosed my dog! They told me she had cancer and needed surgery ASAP! We got a second opinion. She doesn’t have cancer. It’s a fatty cyst, that boxers are prone to. My second dog, they cast her whole leg, for a broken toe. Wouldn’t help or return calls for a week I called with concerns. Until finally I just showed up. I told them I wanted to see her leg and not ... read more

My review would be less than 1 star, if possible. My 11 year old rescue boxer mix, named Hank was left with Dr. Flood at 7:00 a.m., last Thursday, the minute they opened. This was after being at the ER until 2:00 a.m. and being told our dog had a very full stomach (based on X-rays) and our vet would probably give him an enema to help relieve his bloating. As They examine Hank, I’m told they’re going to keep Hank for the day for monitoring. I need to go home and wait for the...Continue Reading

He let a rescue 3 month old go to the false owner off a face book photo! After a rescue placed him there, and treated her like dirt, 5 days the real owners are trying to get a 3 month puppy back! This is BS and he and his staff are not to be trusted with your pet! They’d give them to anyone!

This vet knowingly gave away a dog in his care that was in boarding for a rescue for 24hrs. He gave the dog to a stranger who walked in and described the dog from a face book post from the lost and found page. No records, no photos, no proof. Now the owner, an active member of the US military is trying to get her dog back. Dr Flood refuses to work with JSO. I would not risk ever bringing my dog here

They gave a puppy to the wrong person and refuse to help the rightful family get it back. Do the right thing and call the police back. Help this family get their puppy home safe and sound.
