They got involved in scamming a weim puppy from a rescue recently . A lady was able to walk in and claim it as her own and they released it to her without proof after telling a rescue they would hold it for them .Bad business .Now the lady has it posted on nextdoor app as she thinks she adopted someone's puppy. Now the real owner is found ( military fam) and he even went to her home with police and proof of ownership but person would not give the dog back . more to come . Shame on you Dr. Flood and staff . Dr. Flood released a stay Weim that was being picked up by a rescue (until the owner could be located). They allowed someone to just come in and claim with no proof of ownership.
used to have a great boarding facility but desperately need a new kennel manager. paid for 2 days boarding plus bath, ears and nails.... picked up dogs unfed and dirty. when confronted they lied...... too furious to even want a refund, will not be taking my dogs back there until the boarding facility is properly staffed

Dr. Flood and staff are the best!! I can’t say enough great things about them. They were there for us during the hardest moments when we had to say goodbye our sweet shepherd. They handled it with gentleness and patience as we said goodbye reassuring us this was not a place of regret. And were there to celebrate new additions to our family with excitement and care. They care about every animal that comes through their door as if they were their own.

Levi likes to visit the clinic. I bring him in for an occasional bath/spa day which he LOVES. The happy visits make him relax during the wellness visits.
I love Animal Care @ TLC & fully trust my labs with them. As soon as I pull into the parking lot my dogs get so excited.- that says a lot. Once we go into the center both my dogs goes bananas - they are so happy to see everyone. That tells me THEY trust & love the doctors, techs and all the staff there. Adding the excellent medical treatment received makes this practice phenomenal. Highly recommend.
