Been here for one and half hours, asked to order twice and was told someone would be sent to take order. Has yet to happen, two larger parties who came nearly 30 minutes after U.S. Have already received food and one is paying their bill. Completely unacceptable service, especially for the affluent city of Dallas. An apology wasn't even given.
Last night (July 4th) was only my 2nd visit here and now I remember why I haven't been back in 2 years. My boyfriend and I had started out with the cheese sticks, which were really good. I decided to get this *famous * burger with pasta salad and my boyfriend had a grilled ham and cheese with fries. I think the only good thing we received was the fries. The food was OK. We got the "angry dog", two drinks and an appetizer. The Dog was OK. Nothing special. We both thought we could've made something better for less at home. The fries were bland and needed ketchup. The service was fair. It wasn't bad nor was it really good. Also, neither of us were thrilled about having to pay to park. Best grilled cheese sandwich I've ever had. The burgers are in the top 3 in Dallas as well. Great service and great beer selection.
Very cool vibe. Fresh food and so many local beers!!! Small venue space and staff is very friendly.

Awesome. Just awesome. I had "THE BURGER" and it was definitely the best one, I ever had.
Gotta say I loved just about everything about this place. It's got the dive bar feel with great food and awesome service, plus it actually serves food past 11pm. Order was taken quickly, and the food came out correct and in a timely manner. Even the background kicked ass!
