As a psychologist, there are few people I trust with medication as much as I trust Angela Puckett. My clients and my staff have always had amazing experiences with her!
Never remembered the slightest detail about my situation except what was on file. Seen her for an entire year. She continually tried to push SSRI's on me when i told her it made my condition worse. Call 5 days in advance to get a prescription filled. She still hasn't faxed the info to the pharmacy. Deserves every bit of this one star. I'm seeing new doctors now and that actually care.
