I needed a new dentist and was referred to Dr. Gum. Unfortunately my first visit with her was to have a root canal. However, it was an awesome experience. Sounds funny I know. But Dr. Gum and her staff are absolutely amazing. Very little pain. They are very accommodating in every way and truly care about their patients. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
I felt like I was in a room with my friends!! They make you feel so comfortable and like you're not just another patient that they want to get in and out. Loved it!!!
I am a new patient to Dr. Gum and I have really enjoyed my office visits. I have several cavities and even 2 root canals that need to be done. Everyone in the office has made this a smooth process for me and made me feel comfortable there even though I'm very embarrased about the condition of my teeth. It is also very convenient that they are open till 7pm on Tuesdays so I can go after work.
I'm usually very squeamish about the dentist, but I've had great experiences here and find myself almost looking forward to visits (the chairs are comfy, you can watch TV while they're working on you) and they're extremely friendly and professional! I'm not particularly vigilant about taking great care of my teeth, but unlike previous dentists I didn't feel at all judged, they gave helpful feedback on how I can take better care of my teeth and gums, but never scolded me for not doing a better job, which was a really welcome ... read more
Excellent service and very personable and accomodating.
i was deeply pleased with dr gum she agreed to extract my teeth so i can have surgery on my hip,s sooner and i was able to set up a payment plan that was suitable to me.i give a thumb,s up!!!!!!!!!!!!
