I had a pleasant visit as always. I appreciate that Dr. Gum gets you in and out. The procedure I had done did not take long, and the numbness from the fillings wore off within an hour and a half after leaving.
Great service! My only suggestion would be less personal conversation between the doc and the tech. Makes you feel as if the full focus isn't on your procedure and doesn't seem so professional.
I feel so relaxed with Dr. Gum and the staff! Each time I arrive I am met with smiling faces; this really helps me to releax and not feel anxious. I also think the facility is so comfortable, modern, and chic.
The staff was very friendly. The dental assistant that checked my teeth went over in laymen's terms what was happening, how to prevent it, and why they are doing what they're doing. I've never had a dentist do that before and I thought it was very helpful and informative. Plus the office is really well designed and in a great spot!
Dr.Gum and her staff are exceptional. I suggest them to anyone who asks, I am not very comfortable at the dentist, but Dr. Gum is always very attentive and makes sure you are comfortable.

I asked to be told what was being done when it was being done but that was only done minimally. Otherwise all good.
I had great experience at Dr. Gum's office. She's been my dentist over 5 years now and haven't had any issues.
The staff is always so friend and welcoming. Despite the fact that I had a lot of unpleasant work done, it was another great visit.
