I went in to have impressions taken for their whitening program. This is such a better experience! I thought it would be awful--like when I got impressions for braces in high school-- but the technician was so polite and took great care of me. I will be back!
I never get nervous with Dr. Gum. :-)
I was a little apprehensive about getting a root canal but it wasn't bad at all. Dr. Gum and her staff are outstanding!

I could not be happier with the service I receive at Dr. Gums office. I had not been to the dentist for 2-3 years for insurance reasons and when I needed to get some fillings which I had never had to do before, she answered all my questions and offered great suggestions in regards to my flossing options. I decided to purchase the Air Flosser which although I'm new to, is already making it much easier to floss. I've never had a more enjoyable dental experience. Not only was Dr. Gum exceptional, but her assitant was too. I'm a flighty dental patient to say the least and they were amazing and helping me relax, laugh, and get through the procedure in a pain and stress free manner. I'm so absolutely happy I made the choice to switch to this office.

I felt good about the visit, but I would have appreciated a little more communication to me about what was going on in my mouth, and what I should expect later. I feel like it was a time for the dental assistant and the dentist to talk about life than it was to let me know what they were doing, especially since I was a little nervous about metal going in my mouth since it wasn't something I've ever dealt with before.
