I had my first visit at Dr. Fleming's office. Even before arriving her staff helped me navigate my insurance. The entire office was respectful, helpful and attentive. I got in right at my appointment time. Dr. Fleming was attentive, kind and patient. She explained everything clearly and kindly. I am on the older side and I would recommend her for my demographic.
*UPDATE - she has since deleted the charges due to seeing my review. Moved from one star to three. This doctor is unethical. I was referred to her to have a procedure done, so I scheduled that appointment to have it done. I showed up to my appointment on time, I was taken back to the room, then Dr. Fleming starts talking to me about basic information on the procedure I need to have (which I already knew everything she told me; my primary care doctor told me what needed to be done). 07/25 - I would like to preface that I did reach out to the office manager to file a complaint, and will update my review accordingly. My review does not reflect on Dr. Fleming, but solely the receptionist Lenore. I called early this afternoon to make an appointment & was immediately met with annoyance & passive-aggressiveness from the individual who answered my call.
