The medical care was great but the phone system is awful. Callers talk to a recording & get a call back the next day & the request may or may not be acted upon. In my case it took 2 calls & 2 tries to get a med refill. This does not make me feel like a valued patient.
They made me feel comfortable. Answered any questions that I had and very pleasant to talk to I have always felt comfortable and well taken care of.
All around positive!
I like Dr. Collins. She is sweet, down-to-earth, and knows what she’s doing. She came into my room to meet me, and spent some time listening to me ramble about my ailments before my bronchoscopy procedure. I could tell she cared, and that made me feel more comfortable. She exceeded my expectations for the procedure, as the area needing biopsied was in a sub-segment of the lower lobe. That’s experience and talent if I must say so myself. I highly recommend her.
