I tried to sell my house for months with no serious offers coming. I Randomly chose Angela Clark for my real estate agent. It was one of my best decisions in 2018. I signed papers to sell within 10 days! That girl deserves a raise! Everything was great! Their knowledge, teamwork, communication, professionalism and kindness is second to none. Angela Clark was the realtor for the home we wanted to buy so we used her to sell our present home. She was very professional, extremely ethical and always considerate. She was a pro at differentiating between her responsibility to both buyer and seller. Our existing home went under contract on the first day of showing and we closed two weeks later. Angela Clark is well known in Owensboro. My mother needed to sell this home of 48 years which is not an easy process. Because my mother was no longer in Owensboro much had to be done long distance including clearing out the attics and helping us dispose of remaining items and have the home cleaned. She recommended several companies to assist and quite frankly I felt the prices were very reasonable for what was done. She is responsive and realistic in her replies and recommendations.
