If I could give any advice to a homebuyer it is this: work with Angela Clark. Tell her what you are looking for, and she will work with you to find a home that fits your needs and budget. She spent more than a year looking for the right home for my studio. I think we looked at every home in town that fit my budget at least twice. The more impatient I was, the more patient she was. Angela Clark helped my husband and I buy a home in Owensboro, KY. She was simply amazing to work with. We were relocating during the early COVID days. Angela thought outside the box to get our home sold and did so within two weeks. I have been in real estate for over 28 years, and I can not tell you what a joy she was to work with. Very professional and always returned or took my calls. She also was very honest with her assessment of the property, which enabled us to list and sell the home quickly. I highly recommend Angela if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
