My 30-year-old garage door opener expired and David could not fix it. But he did put in a new one that had to be oddly configured to accommodate a closet in the garage. The job was down quickly, on time and for a fair price. One problem: The new door is so quiet you can t hear it open when you have an NBA game on and were supposed to be otherwise engaged.

Called after my spring broke and my car and my wife s car were locked in the garage. Even after a busy night, Shawn promised to come after he finished an earlier job. He arrived at 10pm without a service charge gave a fair estimate. Very knowledgeable. He did the job quickly without cutting corners. Very courteous. I called and then went in to buy a new remote. They had it ready and waiting for me and even printed out an instruction set for me to use with my older keypad remote. Clean, nice environment.

Last night, our old Craftsman garage door opener gave out. Apparently a spring broke and the cable snapped. The garage door crashed to the ground. What do I do? I find help internet of course! Lucky for me, this garage door repair company has 5 stars and is located a few blocks from my house. My first experience with this garage door company was when my son accidentally bent the garage door track when he was learning to back out of the garage. I called, got an extremely reasonable price for the track, was able to go pick it up & all without getting the speech about the benefits of having a professional replace the track! Loved that.My second experience was when our garage door spring broke one night. I called the next day and the gentleman was here within a couple of hours.
