Great office. Great staff. No complaints from me. Thx for all the hard work!
This office takes advantage of serving wealthier patients in the Los Altos area and constantly up-charges and sneaks in additional fees. When confronted about it, the office blames the intricacies of insurance. Can't fool me twice! Go to a dentist that is transparent and that you can trust!
Dr. Deanna Wu needs to make sure her insurance and billing receptionists are up to date. I got 3 different print out of quotes for the same crown. And when I asked why, one of the front desk receptionist was SO rude and impatient. I also felt everyone was constantly try to push other extra things on me such as cosmetic, deep cleanings, night guards, prescription wash mouth etc. The insurance and healthcare system is already confusing as is but when I am quoted different prices each time, ask for explanations, and get very ru... read more
