Had surgery in late Feb, received a text message late March with a link to make payment. I don't pay bills that way so I decided to wait for a paper statement. Aprox 1 week later, beginning of April they text a reminder. When I got another text message in May but still no statement I tried contacting the only number I had, the one they texted me from, no answer. This office is horrible. I had surgery at st Rita's hospital and the drs office called to precert it. I called also to double check and was told that it would be paid at 100%. When I received the bill from Lima anesthesia it only paid 80%, when I called them they were rude and told me they didn't take my insurance. My company actually sent it in again to be paid at 100%. They only wrote off $410 out of thousands that they paid, and this office then sent me a $410 bill. I pay for my insurance, I paid the deductible, co-pays, ... read more
