Previously had good service but this time was terrible. Needed some above ground shrub heads installed and other heads changed to more efficient type. Had a broken one in the back yard. Work done(1600$ expensive!) but 3 heads in the back have NO water coming out. Called and texted to get tech ****** to come out, he didn't call to see if anyone home before his visits on the way back to shop after work. Seems like they did what they wanted to do and stopped. We have used Andy's Sprinkler for many years in the past. Have had Andy's out 4 times this summer and charged a service call every time. Tech's have told me there is always a problem that the last tech did incorrectly! The problem began when the first tech this summer left settings for sprinkler system on winter instead of changing to summer setting. I had no idea!! When booking to pay almost a $1000 for Christmas lights, I was promised that they stored the lights, and then if I wanted them re-installed, that they would come re-install the lights at a discount the following year. When I asked them to pick up the lights, I was told that wasn't true. They don't store the lights at all. They offered to come get them, but once you've broken your word, then you've lost the trust. I was going to use them for another lighting project. I will not use them again.

Hello ****** - we are equally disappointed at the miscommunication, and do wish that was not the case. However, as communicated in your follow-up calls (and discussion with the manager) we do not store lights for you. The top line item on your invoice specifically states "At the end of the season lights are taken down and neatly stored in a tub provided by us. The tub is left with the customer for storage." Wesley and Jonah not only gave me a same day appointment for what I considered to be an emergency but got here early and ready to work!! They were able to diagnose the problem quickly, fix the issues, took time to educate me with my new equipment, even put WD-40 on my very hard to turn valve! They really took care of me and made sure that they didn't leave until all my questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed...I felt valued every step of the way!
Sprinkler ceased to work one month after their service. I called them every day for one week and was not able to get warranty appointment, only promises to fix it sometime in future.
We had a really bad drainage problem. It had to do with the pool deck and water coming into the house . We had Andy's come out and look at what was going on to cause the water problems. They looked at the area, listened to what we had been experiencing and came up with a solution to the problem. The workers came , got right to work. Each person had a specific job to do, and did it efficiently. Each day they left the area neat and clean! Wonderful people to work with!!#
Andy's charged us $95 to show up. They then charged another $81 for a "location fee". They didn't fix anything and had the audacity to leave my wife an estimate for "repairs" totaling over $2300! I had another company come out and replace the check valve as well as 15 sprinkler heads for $275! I don't know how a company stays in business taking advantage of people that way.
