If somthing is wrong just hit your head against a wall. It will get fixed and a lot faster. Also watch out for the transmissions on Focus and Fiestas. Worst driving cars in the world... Please google this dealer and the cars if you are in the market. After less then a year I have traded my Focus on to a Chevy trax. Same price as my ford from a year ago and and with way more otions.. And better Warrenty...
I have had several issues with not only my SYNC (bluetooth) and it took me driving there six times and finally demanding to speak to a manager before they ultimately fixed the issue. I also have set several appointments for my oil changed and every time I have waited for over an hour. For example today I waited from 10:30 AM and I did not leave until 11:45 AM. What is the point of making an appointment if they will not stick to it? Their service department is just horrible.
I had to pay a little over $425 for them to take 3 days to tell me they couldn’t fix my deleted truck and I need to take it somewhere else, instead of telling me right off the bat they don’t work on diesel vehicles that’re deleted.
We actually just walked in to look at a vehicle, and after talking with Tylor Steinem, we purchased a new 2019 Edge. This was a great experience with Tylor, Michelle (manager), and the Finance person. I would definitely recommend taking the time to visit with Andy Mohr Ford, and if at all possible talk with Tylor!!!
The Sales and Finance staff are very personable and friendly. Additionally, they keep things moving forward without playing the sit and wait game. I can’t give five stars, because we noticed an issue with the brakes on our 2015 Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. Brakes are definitely included within the multiple point inspection, so we are hesitant to put trust in the service department.
I worked with Kyle Hensley, and he was excellent! 10/10 recommend Andy Mohr Ford, 10/10 recommend Kyle!!
Lance is a miracle worker. Extremely professional, courteous, and patient. I couldn’t be happier with the amount of work he put in to get me this car. Amazing work, 5 stars isn’t high enough.
