Thank you! I can’t begin to tell you how helpful Jon, Kyle, & AJ were! Jon helped me figure out what truck I wanted. Kyle sat in it with me and synced my phone, explained the keypad system, went through the touch screen explaining everything. Showed me where all the buttons/switches and what each was for. Very helpful! AJ had my paperwork ready and went through it all with me, patiently explaining all. Highly recommend these people!

The transmission on my 2014 Ford Escape went out, and service department member Scott McFarland simply did an outstanding job in getting it resolved. He jumped through all the hoops in the warranty process, kept me informed of the repair status, and really lessened the stress level of having to deal with a major repair. Bravo!
