Tim Ziss was our salesman and he has been WONDERFUL! We bought a used truck and a couple of days later we noticed there was a small hole in the seat. I called Tom and he got us in to repair it immediately and gave us a loaner car to drive home that night. I’ve been very impressed with their excellent customer service. This is the 4th vehicle we’ve bought at Andy Mohr Ford and we definitely won’t be going anywhere else in the future.
I recently bought a pre-owned Ford Fiesta with one detail, the door handle on the driver side was gone and when the seller sold me the vehicle he literally told me don’t worry about it, take the car home and I will contact you to fix it. After few weeks without hearing from them I called the salesman and he told me that they couldn’t fix it for me since there was a conflict and if I wanted to fix it we had to split the cost $250 myself and $250 the dealership to get a new panel. Chris bailey was super helpful and kind. He actually listened to our needs and wants and gave us all the options and even pushed to get us the best deal. He also checked up on me frequently while I was waiting on paperwork and things to go through. Truly great guy!
I just bought a used 2015 Fusion from here. Great experience, start to finish. Kyle H. was the salesperson. He is great! Very positive experience. I had a minor issue with the car but Alan, Scott, and Tracy took care of the problem with speed and care. I will be back to buy again.
