gotta take my hat off to L.C he is one awesome sells man he didnt try pushing me into buying just anything he ask what i was looking for and when we found the F150 i wanted he took time to show me what everything did i use to not like dealing with sells men but L.C is one of a kind. he kept me up to date during the process and when it was all done i felt i had known him my whole life very friendly big smile. i give L.C two thumbs up as well as the rest of the staff thank you very much for the great customer service.
They sold me a junk car!!!! Now after $2,500 and an estimate of over $800.00 more i still don't have my car! They had my car for a month without a loaner car. Finally got it back and a tramsmission later it still is not fixed and they want $800.00 more!!!!! Was told my car would be done over a week ago and still have not heard from them!!! I'M OVER IT AND CALLING A LAWYER!!!!!!
My car wouldn't start and we thought we got it jumped but when to start it again after charging it up and it wouldn't do anything. Got it towed to Andy Mohr, I called to let them know it was coming and what the issues were. My rep was great and explained the issue and 2as able to get another one of my issues resolved from a few months before that I hadn't had time to take it back and get done.
Thanks to Mo, Justin and Kyle for making our new car purchase so easy! The car was cleaned and ready for us to drive when we got there and everything went so smoothly. Everyone was so friendly and they even gave our 1.5 year old a balloon when we left! So glad we choose Andy Mohr Ford!
Bunch of crooks. Drove an hour after getting pre approved making sure truck was available. Sales man said it needed a timing chain and was going to aution. Tried selling an older more miles and cost more. NEVER BUY FROM THESES CROOKS.z
Reggie Turner is one of the best service advisor there is at Andy Mohr Ford. also even there sales team is pretty good! From Gary Kraft, to John Blakely they always have great service. and they put the customer first!
