Awesome experience. Had things ready to go when we got there. No haggling back and forth- we told them our price range and they never tried to push us to go over that limit. JR was great in getting us into the perfect car for us. Chris was great when it came to signing all the paperwork. No complaints- worth the almost 3 hour drive to do business.
Had an excellent experience with Justin Johnson and the financing manager at Andy Mohr Ford. Justin was able to get done in 3-4 hours what his competitor was not able to do after half the day and weeks of emails. I drove away in my beautiful new to me car with exactly the terms I was looking for. He even stayed late to make sure it all got done and I got to drive home on a Saturday with my new car. I couldn't be more pleased.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Been a ford customer for many years and recently traded my 2013 focus on a 2018 fiesta. Won’t deal. With. Ford or Andy Mohr ever again.
Ask for JR Forney!! I came to him with a huge problem! I had just bought a car from a dealership across town and the engine had blown up!!! I was upside down $10k!! He helped me get out of that deal, I know... hard to believe!! He told me exactly what to do and walked me through the whole process. I didn’t even know the options I had until I met JR.
