This place sucks. The customer service sucks and all they do is tell lies. In less than 2 months I have had issues with my vehicle and they could car less. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I plan to Talk to a lawyer to see what my other options are:

We are extremely disappointed with Andy Mohr Ford Budget Center. We called and asked about a certain vehicle and told them we were driving 3 hours to purchase it. We were told they would pull it and have it ready for us. Upon arrival we find that they sold it. I asked why it wasn't pulled for us like I asked and they said they only do that with a deposit...which was not said when I called! Horrible customer service. They have definitely lost my business and I would never recommend them!
I had the best sales man, he was very patient. He knew everything going on and worked everything out for me to get something I wanted. I am enjoying my ford expedition. thank you so much Robert summers at the budget lot.
I’m sure the majority of the people who work for Andy Mohr are good people, but there are others there that I wouldn’t give you two cents for. I was charged $2500 for extended warranty on the truck I purchased from them last year and the majority of the warranty was already expired before I got the truck. The truck I got was 2011 F1 50 with 135,000 miles on it, and no warranty only covered up to 125,000 miles so it was basically void before I even got to use it.
