We were interested in a new Ford and wanted to trade in our 2013 Focus. The staff offered us $750 on the trade in citing known issues with the transmission (a problem which Ford sold its customers which they are apparently not interested in making amends for). KBB price was around $7,000 and we were willing to take 1/3 of that because of front bumper damage. The offer of $750 was pathetic, so we walked out with no further negotiations.
