Well I bought a used truck from them well I was having problems with the rear end so I took it there to have it check out due to I bought the extended warranty well they said the couldn’t find anything wrong so I went in took a ride with the tech show him what it was doing he yes we have to take cover off and check it well two days later they told me that the rear end oil is dirty ... Really I said they said to change oil would cost 400.00 that’s a joke I said so the warranty you get from them looks to be a joke at 2700.00 t... read more

Went to Andy Mohr Ford in Plainfield n had an amazing experience. Traded in my lil 2014 Ford Focus for a 2019 Ford Escape. They never pressured me and they were very patient with me while looking at the different Escapes they had on their lot. I FINALLY picked out a 2019, Lightening Blue Ford Escape! I’ve had it for a few days now n absolutely love it. Thanks Bryan n Justin at Andy Mohr!
Customer service was A1 and they got what I needed done faster than the recommended time
Everyone is very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful group in the service dept., the sales person (Lester Cano) was extremely helpful, patient & kind. He was never PUSHY!
