I’ve bought 4 trucks in the past 5 years and this one I’ve got now I bought 3 months ago and I’ve had it back in the shop 3 times for the same thing which they have hade my truck about 3 weeks all together so before I file it under a lemon I’ve offered them to make a couple of my payments for my inconvenience I was told I would have a answer within 48 hours that was 2 weeks ago and now I feel like I’m getting the run around and I should just contact a lemon law attorney and get the process going

had a great experience. went in on a Sat. told Josh what we want . one other thing wanted it before we leave on Sat. for vacation. We had the vehicle we wanted with all the bells and whistles we wanted. highly recommend Andy Mohr Ford and Josh who was absolutely wonderful.
I had a recall repair done. took 3 hours but they had to take my dash apart to replace the passenger airbag.
I was disappointed that they did not check my wiper blades that were rotten and falling apart. No problem, I took it elsewhere.
Very awesome to work with. Had very good experiences working with Michelle and Bobby for purchasing 2 new cars, then Michelle the manager and Kerry in Finance was fabulous to work with. Definitely will be return to purchase another vehicle.
