My husband recently lost his wedding ring. When I purchased his band I enrolled in the ring for life program, so now his new wedding ring will be here in 4 weeks for no additional charge. What other jeweler does that!!! This is a great jeweler with outstanding customer services! I will never go anywhere else for my purchases.

In 2008 my husband got my verragio engagement ring there. When I had it sized there the diamond became loose and the white gold color on the prongs changed color. You fixed it but when we got the wedding band the stones didn't line up correctly due to the sizing. You sent it out to be fixed but it never really matched up.
