We have been going to Andrew’s jewelers for many many years. They are trustworthy, fair, and always willing to help! We currently live out of state, but I always wait to have my jewelry repaired, sized, or polished until we’re back in Buffalo. Most recently they sized and polished my wedding set while we were home for Christmas, making sure it was done in time for us before we leave. I would highly recommend Andrew’s over and over again. We have been with Andrews Jewelers since before my proposal, my now husband had a great experience with them and proceeded buying my engagement ring from them. We got my band from them which was an amazing experience. And with my 6month check ups I️ have with them Erica noticed my head on my diamond was bent which I️ filed a claim with Jewelers Mutual (whom is also amazing and quick to work with) and Erica was on top of it. Andrews Jewelers has always been amazing to us! Since buying our engagement & wedding bands here we've encouraged our friends to check them out! They've helped with free cleanings, helped in replacing a stone when it got lost out of my wedding and and suggested soldering my bands together which has alleviated the issue. I was lucky and managed to get to Andrew's during their move when almost everything in the store was discounted. Even then, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was shopping for an engagement ring, but didn't know much about diamonds. The staff took the time to educate me so I could pick the perfect diamond and setting for myself. I never felt like they were pushing me towards a more expensive product like I do at most national chain jewelry stores. My fiance, friends and family all loved and admired the ring.
