Dr Poole is very pleasant. He is right to the point, and is honest with all aspects of my upcoming surgery. I would definately recommend him to anyone.
I am 45 years old and came to the office with old injuries to my knee. I was in quite a bit of pain almost daily which had required a knee brace daily. I voiced my concerns with Dr. Poole. He listened and heard me. Finally. I am a year outside of my knee replacement and couldn’t feel better. The work was hard but the benefits are great. I’ve got my life back. Thanks to everyone!!
Very caring took the time to explain things and figure out treatment
Dr. Poole explained my problem, using the x-ray on screen. Communication was clear as to what was wrong, what would correct the problem and how to proceed. Ease of scheduling surgery and dealing with his staff exceeded my expectations.
Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and well received.
