Would not recommend.
I was in pain for 4 1/2 years including after previous surgery and saw multiple pain specialists. Nothing helped. Dr. Chen performed surgery in April 2024, and I have been pain-free since recovery. He and his team are amazing, caring, and extremely competent.
The office continually rescheduled and moved my appointments at the last minute. After the FIFTH time in only month I finally spoke up and was banned from the office for daring to stand up up for myself. Clearly, the doc only value his own time and has no respect for his patients. I supposed it's better I found this out before I let him cut me open.
Dr. Tsen has been wonderful. He didn't rush into surgery, but rather made sure we were doing what was best for me. Had a diskectomy on July 12. July 13th, I feel like a new person. All the pain I've felt for 20+ years is gone. After just 1 day, I feel better than I did before surgery, including the soreness from surgery. He performed, for me personally, a miracle and I could never say thanks enough for not having to live in constant pain anymore. Highly recommend seeing him.
