Two times over the past few years this office has required us to pay for our son's Orthotics only to lose the molds before getting us the product. Most recently we were fitted in Oct2022. We never received them, and only found out by calling the horrific UNC phone tree to inquire about the status in Dec2022. The UNC phone scheduler told us she couldn't issue a refund and we had to email the office manager; who after over a week, did issue a refund with no follow up to our email. Dr Andy is really a rarity, he spends time with you, listens to your concerns, adapts his plan after talking to you, really cares about his patients, AND he's an excellent surgeon. I never feel rushed and I feel like he really listens.

I can't comment on Dr. Milner's medical capability since my appointment was so far behind, showed so little respect for my time, showed zero proactive management of schedule or communication around these delays, that i left without seeing this doctor. Note the office staff had time to call the day before to confirm you would show up, but not to communicate how far behind they were. Most doctors figured out scheduling 10 years ago. That capability and respect for patients eludes this practice.
