Dr M is usually very rushed, don't go to this doctor if you want an understanding doctor who takes the time to listen. I will be finding someone else with better "bedside manner".
Dr Mlelynek is a real professional. He takes time to answer all my questions in clear and understandable terms and is very honest and direct which I applaud. His assistant, Crystal is incredible especially in contacting my pharmacy when my meds needs approval from the doctor's office. They are a dynamic and very impressive team. I am a huge fan of both. This doctor does not have in place any urgent care services during working hours(9-5PM), nor does his staff and or physician capable of providing urgent care services in the interim that this doctor is too busy to see you. So your forced to have to wait for your urgent need to be cared by a Urgent Care Physician else ware. For routine physicals this doctor is fair, but somewhat not forth coming in information, you need to ask the right questions, before your properly cared for.

He is thorough, caring and truly interested in your health and general well-being. Most importantly, he listens to you. He offers alternatives to conventional medicine, but will suggest standard medication when necessary. Not a pill pusher at all...I am so glad I found him for my Primary Care Physician.
