The Andrew Leo Salon is among the best in Pittsburgh. Dana, the owner of the salon, did my hair for my wedding day and it was beautiful. I could not have asked for a more professional and honest service for such an important day in my life. My makeup was done by Hannah, who is also an amazingly talented young lady. Everyone commented positively on how I looked. Thank you!!
TL;DR Bad customer service, stylists don't listen. Will never go back. Edit 10/11/17: The owner commented when this review was posted and told me she would give me a refund. Then she contacted me through Facebook messenger and told me she would mail me a check. I have still not received that and I don't actually understand why in this day and age she had to send me a check when I paid with a card in the first place.
