Brandon Albu is a very professional and thoughtful person to help all of customers with new home warranty service. He knew what is right and what is wrong, we bought a new home and the builder refused to honor the warranty service but Brandon helped us to repair the broken countertop. Do not recommend, poor quality and very rude, so much frustration over the last year. We only used them because they were the builder’s default company, they did a terrible job installing the floors and refuse to fix the issue. The model home is perfect but floor in our home sounds like walking on bubble wrap. At one point they came by, inspected the floors and agreed to fix the issue, but then a week or so later followed up with an email stating that they had a meeting about issue and will not fix, incredibly unprofessional... read more
